A Paston Walk

Our Paston walk is about four miles, including Paston village, Edingthorpe and Bacton church (a slight detour). If you're not aiming for a walk but would like a visit to the Paston properties, then there's some car parking at Paston church itself.

There's a reasonable amount of road walking, so care is needed. In particular, for both walking and parking, take care on the coast road by the Great Barn. Make use of the pathway from the churchyard and go behind the barn, to avoid part of the coast road - and that gives you your best view of the present Hall, where the Pastons' home once stood.

For the walk you may wish to park and start at Edingthorpe Church, NR28 9TN, which has a spacious car park.
